Typeface
The Hymmnos display layer renders ordinary Latin letters through a fan-made Hymmnos font, self-hosted here as a WOFF2 conversion of the TrueType original. The font states no licence terms; it is served only when a reader opens the language layer, and the site remains complete without it.
Software
The site is built with Astro and TypeScript. Exact dependency versions are recorded in the package lockfile.
Homage
For the maker of this language
This layer exists out of admiration for Hymmnos, the language of emotion created by Akira Tsuchiya for the Ar tonelico series. Respect and thanks for imagining a language that carries feeling in its grammar rather than leaving it to tone of voice.
endoretic.cc is an unofficial, non-commercial personal site. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Gust Co., Ltd. or Koei Tecmo Games Co., Ltd. Hymmnos and Ar tonelico remain the property of their creators and rights holders.
